Pre-Press
We undertake printing technology fulfills all the print outsourcing requirements. In-house printing is stocked with latest technology for outstanding results of magazine printing, visual aid/flow charts, poster printing, direct mails or paper bag printing. Adobe in design, corel draw, adobe photoshop, quark press, adobe page maker, macromedia free hand and adobe illustrator are used in printing and designing. Along with postscript (.ps and .prn) and high-resolution PDF's. MAC and PC platforms are preferred for designing and printing.
Our pre-press department is well-equipped by:
- Digital work flow systems
- The revolutionary new CIP3, which produces print production files that instruct printing machines on line, for consistent results
- Inkjet proofers for contract proofing
- The CTP, a technology that eliminates 4 separation positives and go directly to plates
- Spectrometers / Densitometers
While designing the books, catalogues or posters, its layout is fully imposed with color bars, registration marks, cut and fold marks directly imaged on calibrated computer to plate systems (CTP). This ensures perfect registration and sharp screens on press.
